I worked with stakeholders to identify needs, establish clear goals, and collaborate closely with subject matter experts to review and improve the content. I researched industry procedures, quality control, and compliance best practices to ensure accuracy and offer additional resources. Through interactive presentations, hands-on activities, group discussions, case studies, role-playing scenarios, and quizzes, learners will thoroughly understand product preservation strategies for maintaining product integrity during storage, handling, and transportation. Embedded assessments will measure learner progress and involve them in learning, providing ongoing learning and improvement opportunities.
